Split decision roll slaps! Fish always tastes fresh and not old. Ever. Presentation is super neat for a delivery order. I've ordered from many other sushi places and El Jefe is always better. Like, not oversauced, just the right amount of everything, tastes clean and delicious type of better. I say this, coming from working in the kitchen of a sushi restaurant years ago. Whoever chef made these rolls - bless you. I hope good things always happen to you.

I got Caterpillar Roll, Split Decision Roll , and shrimp tempura roll. They were very crab heavy. One roll literally had a small sliver of cucumber. The Split Decision Roll also sounded spicy, it was not at all. The wasabi was weak, so I could not even make my roll spicy. I wont be ordering from here again, especially for the price.

I'm extremely disappointed. The roll is 90 percent rice and iincredibly hard to eat because of how large the pieces were cut. Taste is also lacking,very plain since it all just tastes like rice. Would not order again or recommend this Vegas Roll.

I have had sushi all around the Chicagoland area and was disappointed with AZ sushi, until I found this. 10/10 best sushi I have had in AZ so far. Keep doing your thing. I will for sure be a in person customer whenever I am craving sushi. Fantastic.

This was legit terrible sushi. I don't leave reviews, but the rice was stale, the fish looked old, and everything tasted like it had been cooked next to something else and there was cross contamination. Im going to be sick. I can't believe I paid $30 for this.
