The Embers' Table - Macked is good value and a bsolutely delicious. Ordered the pork belly, brisket, and ribs, with corn bread, fries and mac and cheese. As a Floridian, this is the closest thing to true southern food you can find in PA. All of the meats were extremely moist and tender, and they all paired well with the sauces. The mac was smoky and creamy, definitely gouda in there somewhere. Cornbread recipe needs to be cherished for generations.

It was my first time trying. Everything was delicious. The cornbread and homemade chips were a nice added treat to one ofthe best brisket sandwiches I ever had.
