When Fashion Taco was very new, I was working at the bank down the street from where they were parked on 1st Ave N in Eastlake. I walked over in my little suit almost everyday for lunch because I couldn't get enough of their chicharron tacos, which they simmer in a salsa verde until it's almost like candy. I gained about 10 lbs. and every ounce was worth it. I'm so excited they're on Doordash now! The chicharron is just as delicious as I remember.

3 stars at the most; not the worst taco truck, but not the best either. Good portions of meat in the tacos and potosinas, but the meat is barely seasoned. Generous with the fresh cheese. Good salsas. The bread for the Pambazo is good, but the filling is 80% potato and barely any meat. Also barely seasoned, I only tasted the bread. I like my food with big flavor, so this spot isn't for me.
