We make our semifreddo pies with whipped organic egg whites carefully blended with our hand made sauces and coulis. As nature explodes in your mouth you’ll feel the crunch of our almond, wafers and other natural gluten-free natural products crust. This is a mousse parfait so it should be eaten at a slightly higher temperature: when the spoon goes right into it, it's good. (5 to 8 mins. Out of the freezer).
