I have ordered delivery 3 times from the Flamingo location . All 3 times I was shorted one item. Twice they didn't add the fried pickles and today they left out the Funnel fries. This seems to be a pattern with this location. The burgers are delicious and the fries are excellent when revived in the air fryer. I like to purchase two burgers so I can cut them in half and have 4 meals out of two. I very definitely eat meat so this is my once a month treat.
The people working at the Flamingo location are very nice especially Moses. He is very very customer service oriented. I will continue to purchase from this location however I do need to babysit my order to insure that I don't get cheated out of $5.00 worth of food. Door dash delivers and I love the drivers and appreciate their service. Before the shutdown I was not aware of delivery service. Now I'm so very pleased . I would give Fat Burger a 5 star rating however not getting my whole order now in three different orders they do not get a perfect score from me. Remember the food is great and the delivery people are awesome just make sure to check your order because I bet you will be shorted one item and still be charged for it.

Food was okay. Not the best. Mayo was wet and dripping which wet the lettuce. I love Fatburger so definitely wouldbe back again. The sweet potato fries were huge for the price.

Im very confused as to why the store on Flamingo , Las Vegas NV 89103 consistently delivers sub par sandwiches? I ordered two simple 8 ounce hamburgers and they both had a very thin slice of one tomato and a tiny amount of lettuce with a smidge of sauce. When I'm there to watch the order - the order is correct. Orfer KH from door dash will not allow me to ask for more lettuce or tomatoes, the burger comes as is and for some reason this location always does this to take out orders. When ordering any side other than fries - they more often than not will not add them to the order and still charge for the missing sweet potato fries or whatever additional I may add so I only get exactly two burgers and one fry in the hope they won't scam me out of my full order or skimp on the lettuce and tomatoes .
The beef is good hence I come back but hopefully by sending actual photos this time, someone will change how they put out their hamburgers to door dash clients.
A premium is charged for the door dash service plus I always tip 20% or more for the driver .
I guess if I want it done like advertised, I need to show up in person and this will also save me between $12-$18 charge with tip.
Not happy this particular store has been doing this for two years that I know of and I have contacted corporate but they never ever respond. While loosing $5.00 for a package of fries twice in a row and still being charged for it seems to be no big deal to this store, it bothers me that I pay a percentage for the option of using door dash. Some stores will increase the price of the actual meal by 39-40% over their walk in prices on top of the door dash premium.
Fatburger via door dash or Uber eats has been consistent in cheating the diner. Buyer beware

Hands down best burger place in Las Vegas! The Impossible Burger is phenomenal it's always prepared on a separate clean part of the grill so that as a vegan I do not have to worry about stomach issues. Absolutely grateful everytime!

cold, tasteless, virtually no flavor at all. bun was flat, fries were nasty, the only good thing is the lemonade but it was way overpriced. I would eat better a McDonald's than here.
