Club on a Sub arrived warm. Was very tasty and the bread was soft. Felt like the meat was less than it should have been. Mustard was missing. Side pickle was cool, crisp and delicious. Will def order again.

Today I had the Firehouse Meatball® sub. It arrived cold and had to be warmed up. The meatballs were burnt on the outside but the inside was fine. The Side Salad was wilted, brown and smelled and was inedible. Door dash did credit me back for the sad salad.

We always like all our subs to be "fully loaded". But on some of the subs, (like the cheddar brisket) there is not an option to add that. I've tried to call the store for the entire 45 mins (that it would take for delivery) to request that. But they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES!
So to review the subs, they are ok. The brisket is too salty. And the vegs would been great to offset that flavor. But there is no option for that and they don't pick up their calls.
So to review the store, no, the customer service isn't the best. My suggestion would be to have that option on the DD app. Or at least answer their phones when customers call in.

I settled for the Bar-B-Que chips because the Jalepeno chips were not listed as a choice on the ordering form, even though they are in the picture (and in the store). The Turkey Bacon Ranch sub was tasty.

Firehouse Meatball® was stale and had obviously been sitting longer then the not even 10 minute drive it took my dasher to deliver it to me. One of the meatballs was almost completely burned.
