I really wish I would have taken a picture before I threw this away and gave it to my dogs. I have ordered on line and picked up this same sandwich no less than 20 times in the last year. Every time I have ordered online, it is dry and seems like they are giving me all the dried leftover bits. There was no bbq sauce (no place online to request any) . Yesterday I asked for extra cheese and got barely any. So disappointed to spend almost $26 with tip to have a half sandwich delivered at least 6 times that went to the dogs - literally.
No consistency or quality care. Every time I go in there, the employees are always talking away, even the sandwich makers who can't seem to concentrate on 2 tasks. I waited almost 15 minutes once for my sandwich with not a word being said to me until I approached them. The leaders are also very inefficient except for the nice, older gentleman who I have known since Firehouse on Indian school opened. I was a long time custone but I think they lost me!
Please do better Firehouse!

So good! I ordered the Engineer® , a little messy but so good. I also got the Captain Sorensen's Datil Pepper Hot Sauce because I order from here so much, it isnt very spicy but has great flavor. I do wish I had the option to order cold toppings on the side but its all good.

The Firehouse Chili is always excellent! The Smoked Turkey Breast sub is also a classic and can never go wrong, I absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes turkey sandwiches!
