Judging only the food, it was excellent with plenty of ingredients making it the perfect ingredients to bread ratio, and ordered gluten free with garlic. One of the best subs ever. Still getting used to higher prices everywhere, that does not seem sustainable for most food establishments.

Immediately noticed the medium Hook & Ladder.® was smaller than the medium ordered a few days earlier. The menu indicates the sandwich is 7–8 inches and when I measured this one it was only 6 1/2 inches. Already one of the highest price subs in the area and now less quantity than indicated, not cool if you want repeat customers.

Sandwich was meh. Couldn't even taste the cheese over the mayo. Bread soggy. Won't order it again. Mac & Cheese on the other hand, amazing. Tastes like Franco-American Mac n cheese. Wish I could get it in larger quantities.

You would think for 19 dollars plus all the added fees there would be meat, cranberry sauce and stuffing!!!!
All I really got was bread.
