The Hook & Ladder sandwich was very good and filling. Requested a pickle spear on the side and it was absolutely delicious 😋! Much better than other competitors! The garlic bread arrived cold and hard with barely any butter or garlic on it. The side salad was an absolute joke for the price! Didn't come with a fork and had crushed up iceberg lettuce leaves; absolutely NO Romaine as advertised. Came in a small cup that they put the chili in. Asked for oil & vinegar for dressing and it was two small capfuls that overpowered the tiny salad when blended together. Definitely wouldn't be interested in buying any other sides in the future.

Superbowl Sunday with my elder parents. Mom just has knee replacement surgery. She was craving a Pastrami Combo - gotta get her what she wants with Mac & Cheese - they really enjoyed it! Thank you again

Y'all this is the BEST sub shop!! I haven't had a sub this good in so long I'm mind blown , even their Mac and cheese was delicious!! I can't say enough it's so good and my go to spot from now on.

We ordered 3 combos and 1 kids meal. The kids meal and 2 of the 3 combo meals had the wrong drinks. The driver was great and delivered it in a timely manner. The restaurant took a long time to complete the order, and it wasn't even correct at all.
