The Works Omelet is once again a taste treat. It has lots of crispy bacon that I love. This omelet is very filling! I munched on this for most of the day! It comes with a great salad and a thick slice of buttered oat bread. Yum!

I tried the Smoked Salmon & Roasted Vegetable Frittata yesterday. It was great!
I like that this frittata not only tastes so good, but is also a healthy and very filling meal. I added the Side of Sliced Avocado as dessert!

chia seeds pudding is pricy but awesome with the muffin upgrade AM Superfoods BowlSmoked Salmon & Roasted Vegetable Frittata it was different, not enough salmon, it was like dried egg with a hint of salmon and some moisture relief through onions.

I had the Frittata Rustica for the first time. It actually was my first time for a frittata ever! I am a fan if this dish now! The taste and texture is awesome. The mushrooms in the dish are the drivers of the excellent flavor. I did skip the kale that is normally part of the dish. l 'll be ordering this for as long as it stays on the menu!
