food was great, but the bbq sauce on burger was missing, and that was going to be the only sauce, so it was totally sauceless, which was a bummer!

Always great service and great food. We ordered through doordash today and when we received our order the patty was missing from the cheeseburger. Doordash would only refund $3.48 😤 and would not consider refunding any more. So I called Five guys to inform them of mistake. The employee quickly apologized and offered to make another burger if we could stop in. They also included fries and milkshake even though we were happy with burger. So thoughtful and kind. Love this place. Putting the customer first!!!
