First time ordering Five Guys since it's very close to Northside Hospital Cherokee - Bacon Cheeseburger and Little Cajun Fries were very good and plenty of food. The best part of this experience was that I was delayed by a while in getting my order. My wife went into labor and thus, I couldn't get the food until things settled down. Without asking, the manager and team graciously remade my order so it was fresh and congratulated us as well. I commend the entire team because I wasn't expecting that level of customer service. They went above and beyond without being asked. We appreciate this, Thanks again. 11/14/24

Where were all the fries? Barely filled the cup! Didnt get the mayo I ordered on the side either. Real disappointed this time.

I have never had a milkshake from Five Guys, it was amazing. vanilla with reece's cup in it. AMAZING!

my cajun fries were very soggy and undercooked but grilled cheese was very good as well as the milkshake
