• DoorDash orderI did a Make Your Own with the Quinoa Tabouleh, Tempeh, Black Beans, Lentils, Cherry Tomatoes, Carrots, Roasted winter squash, sweet potato, feta, and the vegan green goddess dressing. Man was it good! The perfect high-Protein vegetarian meal! The squash and sweet potatoes were perfectly roasted. The Tempeh was on-point. The Quinoa Tabouleh (made with black quinoa), was TDF. Oh those lentils... So flavorful. An Orchestra of flavors. The best part, was that my gut felt so good afterwards. What a meal! 6/5 stars.
