Had custom bowl. Chicken was moist and fresh and the whole bowl was a good portion. All ingredients were very fresh and tasty. Some freshii locations aren't the same in but this one was great.

Ordered this while staying at the hospital hoping it'd hit a bit better than the hospital food... it didn't. Dry, flavorless and the protein was rubbery. 90% rice, 10% actual toppings/veg.
Would not recommend.

Never rely on the delivery time it is advertised. I received my order 45 mins after they prepared. It was cold and not fresh. I know this may be a dasher issue, but there's no other option to rate the dasher.

I seriously considered throwing this "make your own bowl " in the garbage and asking for my money back, but decided to risk it as I had no time to do the return process today. Chicken was like cat food. Never again.
