I dont know who made the icecream that I ordered, but to whoever did: It was absolutely phenomenal and I love you haha but in all seriousness, Friendly's is the best restaurant in the area hands down with the best employees and best service. Thank you so much!

I ordered an all American burger and they gave me the wrong thing. The Mac n cheese had barely any cheese on it and over all the food was just really poor quality.

This is the only good Friendly's left in the area. They never get my order wrong, and everything is prepared/cooked as advertised. I've had the worst luck at every other Friendly's I've tried in Western Mass, but never an issue in Florence!
