I have been addicted to this store since they opened and while I would rate the food and drink 10 out of 5 stars what I really want to highlight is the outstanding customer service. They treat their regular customers like gold. Tonight they included a free mochi donut with a wonderful heartfelt message on the bag and they remembered my favorite flavor. Business done right!

This is my first and definitely last order of Gelabong. I was expecting to get a batch of piping hot taiyaki from my dasher, but all I got was a cold, soggy disappointment. They made my dasher wait for 15 minutes, even though the pick up time was 30 minutes ago. Never have I ever regretted biting into a Nutella taiyaka, but this one takes the cake. I will be going to somi somi for taiyaki from now on.
