the Matcha Waffle is so delicious and warm every time, it's my favorite snack. I love the tea selections and that they have alternate milks for some.

Large Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Milk Tea Iced was very good but the creme brulee was a syrup at the bottom so you have to stir it yourself. Large Strawberry Milk Tea Iced was alright, tastes like strawberry milk not much to say.

Usually the order from this store is always good, but this time the peach milk tea was not a milk tea, it was a regular tea, it was still good, but just disappointed since I order milk tea, not regular tea. The other order was good and correct as ordered .

The drink is fine, a bit sweet even i asked for 50% off. But the egg waffle was not fully cooked, Specially the green tea favor. We tasted the raw batter at re middle of the egg waffles.
