i like that the 25% is really not too sweet, in some places 25% is still overly sweet

I got the signature pearl milk tea but hot and it was incredible the pearls tasted different to other boba stores. Gotcha is now my favourite boba place!!!!

Did not revive correct order of a black sugar matcha. I got milk and pearls. Definitely no matcha in it. DoorDash was helpful in helping me get a refund but the store was at fault for this. Will not order a bubble tea to home again. Very disappointing.
