The Fried VT Mozzarella and the Steak and Cheese were both burned. Mac and cheese was bland, creamy but no flavor. The loaded fries did not have any cheese on them. First time ordering, will not be going back.

Everything is very mediocre. The ingredients, like sauces & toppings (specifically for sandwiches) is incredibly skimpy. My fried chicken sandwich had a literal nickel sized about of sauce just in the center of the bread. I had 2 pickles only and one was the end of the pickle (very small). Disappointing. Hot honey sandwich also had the smallest amount of sauce. Again very disappointing for the price. The least you can do as a restaurant is put a decent amount of the ingredients YOU put on your menu. You woulda thought I asked for Extra Light everything.
