My burger was okay but it lacked flavor as well as the sautéed onions. There was hardly any sauce as well. They were busy but the quality was just not there. My fries were nice and hot though it was ready 10 min late.

The Santa Barbara burger was overcooked and meat was dry, not much flavor, salad was basic, but the avocado wedges were very tasty. now they just need to figure out how to get fried pickles and will be a good deal.

The Santa Barbara Char was fantastic! Lots of meat, cheese and grilled on sourdough. It was huge, hot and tasty. Fries get a 3 1/2 as they were cold and limp. Like I could customize my order. Would order the sandwich again.
