Uni is one of my guilty pleasures. I've ordered it from only 3 places in town; place 1 makes my soul cry because their uni is occasionally superior but they don't have it regularly, place 2 has it all the time but it is overly briny, then Hamachi has it consistently and it is just shy of being the best urchin to grace my mouth. This is my first time ordering Stuffed shishito and I'll do it over and over again. I'm savoring the rest of my order as I'm typing this review. Next time I'll ask, and offer to pay, for more sliced lemon because even the lemon is delightful. I am thoroughly pleased with tonight's supper.

One of my favorite ramens yet! The broth was so delicious! Before I poured in the broth into the platic bowl it was arranged nicely and overall, looked so fresh. Definitely recommend!

good food. when I picked up I asked the server to make sure everything was there. the bag was stapled and she flippantly said yes, it all was. you know the rest of this story. moral is unstaple the bag and check yourself regardless of how self-assured the staff are.

Excellent! Midwest's best, closest to an authentic ramen I've found stateside. I will go in the store to try the Hamachi.😁
