App was being weird and messed up my order as I sent it. Called the store and they were so helpful and made us the food we wanted. It was great

The Jr. Crispy Kids Meal came in a box that was completely overloaded with mayo, ketchup & Harv's sauce that coated the bag & everything else in it. Couldn't see the chicken patty & it was not cooked properly (inedible). They sent an apple juice instead of the Dole Orange Juice, no contact to let us know of the switch or offer to refund it's almost $4 cost... we have an apple allergy & do not drink apple juice. Would not order again given our experience with this order.

Completely wrong combo offered $4.90 paid 20 it was for a six year old girl who wanted to catch up me and lettuce came back with a double hot sauce burger no gravy wrong drink and only offered $4.90. We had to cut half the patty and use our own bun to catch up onand even then she didn't eat it. The taste was extremely hot portion was wrong. No would not order again.

the toppings were wrong on both the BIG Harv Angus and the Angus Burger. poutine and deep fried pickles were great though!
