Mistakes happen especially during the rush which is the only reason I can't give 5 stars but 8/10 times they always correct the order and management is mostly pleasant when handling the situation. It's team members who are less patient which is understandable they don't get paid to deal with certain situations never disrespectful just tone of voice rude or defensive again understandable but they do get paid to make sure orders go out correctly. All in all good quality food with human mistakes from time to time.

The Classic - Mixed Plate with huli, and honolulu very decent on portion and very sweet and juicy. The white rice is just your average rice very big portions. Pineapple skewer was very sweet, just a normal pineapple slice wish the portion was a bit more for the fruit. The Spam Musubi was delicious, very juicy and sweet.
