Hibachi Express has come to be one of my favorite restaurants since starting to work in Johnson City. I live in Kingsport, and it is far better than Moto's which has gone downhill in my opinion.
Great value for your money and so delicious!!!

Was not very happy with my meal. The General Tso Chicken was horrible. It had a ton of breading on it and it was very over cooked with hardly. any sauce. It was very dry. My rice was sticky and they only gave me about a table spoon of carrots. Not really worth the money. I would not recommend.

Do not let the outside for you. It may be in an old Burger King building  but the food is top-of-the-line. In my opinion it's better than any buffet  I get the fillet mignon religiously, and it always falls apart in your mouth. It's so tinder

They give tons of meat. Tastes incredible. The crab rangoons are sometimes a little skimpy, but the past few times I've ordered they've been amazing.

NOT worth the price. The noodles were overcooked and the steak was bland, in my opinion. Basically had to drench it in shrimp sauce to make it taste like something. rice and carrots were the only thing I really enjoyed. They are the only reason this is getting 2 stars. You can go to other restaurants for the same price and get way better food. Only did this for the convenience. Also my box was broken and leaking, but idk if that was the store or the driver.
