Very good! I first tried this place last April 2024 when I was visiting from Baltimore, Maryland. This was definitely on my to-do list coming back to visit again! Fresh ingredients tasty broth & beautiful presentation! I absolutely love this place!

This has become my favorite ramen place on the westside.
Hinodeya Ramen It delicious. First time ordering it (I'm a miso ramen head) and so glad I did. Dashi based broth is a revelation! Chashu is tender and flavorful (as always). Noodles are the perfect thickness with a high chew factor.
Best of all is the container. Soup is separate so super easy to warm in a microwave. Greens and egg are kept separate from the noodles and chashu. This makes delivery to Santa Monica a realistic proposition.
Takoyaki is transcendent! Perfect ratio of sauce and mayo to takoyaki. Tender filling contrasts beautifully with the chewy tako (octopus).

The Creamy Ramen (Vegan) was absolutely delicious. They packed the broth separately so nothing got soggy and the tofu was so so yummy. The Spicy Edamame was great too and had the perfect amount of heat for me. I'll definitely be ordering again!

The Hinodeya Ramen was good, but quite salty. Their chicken chashu was weirdly homogenous and was rather bland. Didn't seem properly cooked. All the other ingredients were great!
The Gyoza were very tasty and well-cooked, although I wish they had a traditional dipping sauce for it. The umami sauce was simply too salty.

I changed the pork to chicken. Chicken was light and delicious Broth was excellent ! Super tasty. Noodles are heavy I wish i had ordered more broth
