OMG the Tonkotsu Ramen broth was amazing...creamy and light with plenty of pork flavor. Not over powering. Thin noodles were really done well. I'm a gastric patient and didn't have any issues with these noodles being overly al dente!

Salmon poke bowl was inedible. The raw fish was not fresh, dry and tasted bad. Avoid.

Great ramen! We love this place. Only comp is that it seams the amount is shrink. Order is half the size it was a ye ago.
