Small portion of waffle fries, the patty melt was burnt as well

Ordered a simple burger with ketchup and Mayo. Ketchup packs were put in the bag but no Mayo on the burger or in the bag. Add waffle fries for a extra fee. Received about 10 fries... burger had very little flavor. Will not order from here again. Go get smash burger or mr beast burger.
