The delivery was on time. The food was hot, tasted very good and the amount was generous: a packed carton of rice and a full pint container of curry with excellent proportion of meat (in relation to bones and sauce). Samosas were a bit spicy and filled with mashed filling (I could only taste potatoes and spices, no peas or anything else).

Always delicious!! Our favorite Indian/Pakistani food in the Bay Area. We used Task Rabbit to get a LARGE pickup order since we live over an hour away. The order came hot and packed perfectly. They even included free naan because the man who works there is a literal angel.

Very good Vegetable Pakora it has good flavor and it goes well with the sauces they provided with it. The Chicken Korma is also very good, just what I was expecting it to taste like since I like it at other restaurants. The Mixed Pickles wasn't what I was expecting though since it is very spicy and I thought it was going to be different. Overall I am satisfied with my meal here.

Garlic Naan and the gravy (malai kofta) were both very very delicious! I've tried a ton of Indian restaurants here and this one, by far, has been the best tasting and my go-to place for Indian food lately. Lassi was slightly average compared to how good everything else was

Ive been coming to House of Curries on College Avenue since I was an undergrad at CAL. Nearly 20 years later, I am still finding ways to eat my favorite curry! Now that we live down in the South Bay, I use TaskRabbit to have large orders delivered to my doorstep. The Chicken Vindaloo is still the most unique, most delicious chicken vindaloo ive ever eaten. Unlike other versions, it is bright yellow, thick curry, and it is seriously addictive. Try it! You wont be sorry.
