Normally very happy with the food from Hungry Jacks but this time I was disappointed with the Roadhouse whopper. It was cold but more importantly I couldn't taste any sauce on it at all unfortunately so it was very dry and bland

Every time I've ordered they either forget or give us the wrong sauce, this time they gave us wrong sized chips and also gave us the wrong burgers, as well as forgetting the onion rings. This seems to be a frequent issue each time we have ordered from here.

Absolutely pathetic, the burger was a slop over done with sauce and my "milkshake" was milk with icecubes and sundae syrup that sunk to the bottom. Cant believe how incompetent to making a half arsed meal that took forever to be delivered, and now I only have 3 hours sleep between shifts. So thanks for that. Might aswell shut the store down if that's the quality of work your employees are going to produce
