the chips were stone cold and soggy, (mind you it's a 4 maybe 5min max drive from HJs to my address.
The bun was burnt and the sauce ratio was way off. far too much mustard . very disapointed

They put hot sauce on our burgers and my toddler wasn't able to eat her burgers cause it was just too spicy it was that spicy to eat
