I craved ice cream, and I thought about the Ice Cream Factor because the ice cream I ordered from this establishment was incredible the last time. I got my wish. The ice cream was incredible. It was fresh and very tasteful. It was enjoyable.

While the ice cream is delicious and a variety of flavors are available. The customer service is extremely poor. The employees are in need of training. They are also accepting the orders indicating it is ready for pickup and upon arrival it is another 20-30minutes wait for pickup.
