There is nothing more soothing & cozy on chilly nights than Create Your Own pho! Best I've found & I pho everywhere I go :) High quality food & ingredients for those wanting the real, medicinal pho experience & not just another greasy icky knockoff. & as if the food quality & quantity weren't enough, the owners are the kindest most thoughtful people ever! They go above & beyond to make you feel special & not like just another random customer.
If you're looking for some side fun the Shrimp Spring Rolls are a light, fresh but filling fun addition. Got to try boba tea this time too & so yum!!! I'd had a friend order it once in a past order & provide the stellar review for it. Now I understand all the fuss, a unique fun twist to tea & so many flavor choices I can't wait to try them all!

Best restaurant in Roanoke/new river valley hands down. And as for pho places, best I've had anywhere. Customizable, ingredients separated so as much or as little of each as you want, so fresh and broth not full of lard like so many places. I can't sing their praises enough!
