the food and store are perfect, in person. but when you order from them it's like they don't care about you or something. my last salad was beyond old and should have been thrown away. and my food has been cold twice. I tried to call the manager but they wouldn't answer. I feel like this new Jack in the box is amazing in person, so they need to make this up to me.

I dunno if it is my taste buds, but the iced coffees all tasted the same... I ordered one of each and they all tasted the same...color the same, too. Oh well. That isn't bad. Just earned a one start knockdown.
