Excellent, thank you very Much been having a bit of bad luck with other stores missing food or food quality issues, yet Jack never fails us for real!! Jack has always got us our food all of the order, at least when I'm at work they do… And the food quality and quantity for the price is Amazing, and it when it arrives it always ready to eat nice and warm!!

Usually everything is great! But we missed our shake it never arrived, the fries were stale too, just letting y'all know . It won't stop me from ordering or coming to Jacks place, but I just felt management needs to know . Thanks for all your hard work, even so! oh! btw those churros are like OUT OF THIS WORLD Delish!!

tacos were cold and had hardly any filling, so I should have bought a back of tortilla chips and dip. the egg roll was burnt

they left out a jumbo Jack I ordered and did not give any of the sauces I requested. the tacos we mostly shell with very little stuff inside, The Onion Rings tasted like they were fried in fish oil. very disappointed
