Hashbrown was completely disgusting. Tasted stale like a was darker than usual and smelled like older grease was used. Everything else was perfect

I've lived in the area for four years now and I have to say this is the best Jack in the Box in Texas.
There was a mishap with the app, and a dasher picked up my food but never delivered it . I called the store and they helped me get my food right away with a new dasher.
