The quality of food for what I paid was terrible. I got the large order of chicken Large Crispy Chicken Strips (3) Combo and they were so small. The French 6pc Classic French Toast Sticks were terrible, hollow inside, dry, tasteless. Not like they used to be. The French fries were cold.

Received my burger that was put together very slopp looked like it was sat on all smashed my large fries was half full and cold the tacos had litt to no chee after I paid ex for ex cheese and was so greasy it was leaking out the wrap and bag

I waited for my food for a significant amount of time from ordering to receiving.
With this, the manager then informed that they would not provide the bottle of water and coffee with the meals ordered.
There was not a reason provided for this and the manager was rude to my Dasher and many customers in the restaurant at that time.
When I received the food, it was WAY overcooked/dry and left a lot to be desired. I usually love my breakfast meals from there and hope this was a one-off.
I also hope the manager is spoken to and taught qualities of customer service, commitment, dignity and unity.
