The vanilla milkshake was very thick and delicious, but the cherry was missing and needed a wider straw. The Large Chocolate Shake was also delicious but as thick as the vanilla shake, the cherry was missing, and the chocolate syrup wasn't blended well.

Jacks used to be decent food for affordable prices. Recently it's 60-70$ for three burgers with fries and a drink. The fries are not very fresh and the burgers are mediocre. Ive been eating at jacks for many years and this place has lost its mind, i get that everything is more expensive but you can get a better quick meal at other restaurants. Save your money.

The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl got a lot smaller! Haven't had one in years and probably won't get it again.
The Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) are the same but there is no option to get taco sauce and soy sauce to dip it in. No way to ask for it neither. Plain egg rolls are no fun.
The Chicken Nuggets (10) were okay but really tiny.

My birria tacos were hot, but not "loaded." Onion rings were cold to slightly warm;some even cold while touching them, not evemone of them being close to hot. My Jalapeño were just warm so the cheese was kind of chalky. My cheeseburger, main part of my meal, was room temperature at best; not even ranch solved its pro . I don't feel like the delivery diver was the problem here, as one of my items arrived hot (incorrectly, but hot.) I feel like the establishment cooked/prepared too many items too quickly

I ordered this last night and had the same issue tonight. Overcooked to the point of being burnt. Manager should talk with employees about overcooking.
