• DoorDash orderThe sourdough bread was burned and all of the sauce was on one side of the burger so I got mouthfuls of ketchup and mayo and the other half was dry and burned. Not a pleasant eating experience.

• DoorDash orderThe burger had a very strong chemical taste and smell to it. My best guess is night shift forgot to wipe down the grills with a grill towel that was soaked in water after cleaning with the heat activated cleaning solution.

• DoorDash orderBurger seemed like it was smushed and fries werent filled all the way (stores fault). They also forgot my sauce that I selected. The drink had no ice like I requested which is pro the only postive thing.
