Only giving it a four because the milkshakes had no tamper proof packaging. It was great other than that.

Tomato tastes like it was pick up from the trash. Everything is bland and soulless. It pains me to see my childhood favorite restaurant become a gross imitation of what it once was

The bread from the sourdough jack needs to be more "toasted". More salt on the fries. But it was good. I love JIB

Food was all good. The order was correct including special instructions. The portions were suitable more than enough. My daughter said Large Double Jack® Combo the French fries in combo were good.
