good food don't like that you can't customize and even if you can on a few options they don't listen

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Jack in the box this week and I specially requested for the sandwich with bacon in it. Both times I’ve received ham in my sandwiches not bacon. I ordered 4 bacon jacks in 2 days and it all came out with ham. There was comment or anything saying they will give me ham instead of bacon. If that was the case, I would have ordered something else.

Absolutely no sauce on the boneless 12pc Honey Garlic Sriracha Crispy Boneless Wings. It was basically chicken nuggets.

they left out my sauces, gave me less nuggets than I'm supposed to have, and got my drink wrong. I don't know how but they did.
