1st time eating here. Best onion rings ever! The Large 3pc Crispy Chicken Strips Combo was outstanding! They know how to fry food right!

Somehow, there's always something wrong with my order here. This one was missing items, arrived at room temperature, and the fries tasted like they'd been cooked yesterday. My milkshake wasn't even cold. I don't understand what the problem is, because going to the restaurant is never this bad.

I asked for onion rings, but as you can see, I got old stale, french fries and curly fries. It's not just Jack-in-the-Box. Every restaurant in McMinnville is subpar.

I got a Bobba Milk Tea and at the beginning it tasted good and now lately it is very gross! I don't what they have been putting on it lately! The boba is super hard you can even chew them they taste and look expired! Never buying this item again!

the food was tasty, but the Southwest Salad w/ Grilled Chicken clearly states chicken in the name but didn't have any on it. it was disappointing. I got it delivered on doordash and didn't modify anything about the salad order so I don't know why chicken would be excluded.
