Terrible service and lack of responsibility. I placed an order for two items but only received one. I tried calling Jack in the Box multiple times, but no one answered. My Dasher checked with the store, and the staff claimed there was only one order under my name. I really appreciate my Dasher for going back to verify, but the staff refused to help. I even told the Dasher that if they needed confirmation, they could call me—but they never did. In the end, I wasted my money without receiving my full order.
