the fajita pita couldn't eat the bread was hard the chicken was still cold onions were raw not grilled very disappointing and that's my favorite the hamburger was good

Meal was not complete. The sauces were not included and there is not enough sauce on the burger. The burger is half the size it usedto be. For the price, I expect a bigger patty. Wont be ordering again.

NO STARS!!! Forgot all the drinks! Forgot all the condiments & no napkins. The food was COLD. The cheese on the jalapeño poppers was hard. The tacos were OLD, tasted like cardboard! I asked for NO tomatoes & some nasty green tomatoes were added to my spicy chicken sandwich. DISAPPOINTED

They're always either missing something or giving the complete wrong order. I ordered Large Classic Buttery Smashed Jack™ Combo and they gave me the other buttery smashed burger instead. This isn't the first time. I keep giving them chances & they mess up every single time.
