Food was really good but I do wish Jack's would give the option of special requests bc I don't like gravy on my mashed potatoes but there wasn't a way to request no gravy.

I had an amazing doordasher but the jacks didn't give me my fries. I ordered a combo and d idn't even eet my fries. I paid 16.37.

Cold stale, they take too long to give the dashers the food causing the food to be ruined. They did not put any condiments on the sandwich save your money and order from Winfield Jacks instead of GUIN JACKS THEY ARE HORRIBLE

Delicious I had not ever had Jack's before fir us it was just the right amount on our burgers we like ours all the and the cooked & made perfect, the fries was good I usually give my fries ti my hubby but I ate them not sure of the seasoning they all of our food arrived fresh & hot thank you Brandy for getting them here fresh & hot you was very respectful & polite and this day in time sometimes that is hard to find 5 stars 🌟 for all

I was a little skeptical being out of town & not ever using doordash before I was really impressed the food arrived freshly cooked & hot and the fried pies was delicious the driver (Brandy) was very respectful and polite I will use doordash again now that I know how easy it was thank all of you very much
