the food is surprisingly good. the burgers were Juicy and well seasoned. the Fries were sooooooooo good.

Pros: the Big Bacon Burger was the best fast food burger I've had in a long time. Was tasty & juicy, toppings were fresh & good. The mashed potatoes & gravy are very good! I like the type of French fries & seasoning, but they had an old grease taste, couldn't eat them.
Cons: received the wrong salad. It didn't have the chicken. What I did receive doesn't look very appetizing. Expected better for an almost $10 salad.
Will definitely order the burger & mashed potatoes again!

gave them another try after a few months, I'm done with Jack's!! unseasoned chicken, kids burger was dry as Arizona.

Despite how fast the order was made and delivered, it was still cold. Bun bottom was stale. Burger was dry. Fries seasoned well but cold.

food was fine. nothing wrong or bad abt the food. I'm used to Wendys or Hardee's portions. I got large fries. I ordered 2 dbl burgers and felt like I had I dbl burger. it was tasty tho.
