The chicken finger dinner was very good. It was nice and hot when it arrived. Bravo!!!

The worker was extremely rude to the dasher. They didn't want to fill my order. When they did the chicken was old, greasy and and hard to chew. Way overcooked!! The fries had been sitting so long, they were mushy!! And soaking wet!! Drippy wet!! This is the second time in a couple of weeks I have ordered their chicken. I thought the first time was bad luck. Not!! Different time and different day of the week. Not bad luck! Just badly cooked food!

the hash browns tasted stale and they weren't hot. the steak part.of the biscuit tasted like anything but steak. Jack's can do much better than this.

The pancakes I received were so hard you couldn't eat them. They had to be trashed. The gravy and biscuit was very dry.

Gravy was all over Cole slaw very little potatoes. Didnt have breast or leg when I ordered it dasher messaged me and told me I told them to just gives strips. Biscuit was burnt
