I got my usual create your own salad that I always get from Jacks and this was by far the best salad I've ever had! A lot of times they for ingredients or skimp but this one was full and everything was there! Super good! ◡̈

Purchased so I can taste items for an upcoming catering event. The BBQ Tri Tip Sandwich was pretty good! The Baked Cheese Bread was good, just needed to reheat it a bit (first world problems). But the Mac & Cheese was not good at all. It was tasteless, dry, and not worth the $7+. We'll be using Jacks for catering but steering clear of the Mac & Mac

I ordered Create Your Own. It looks like an artist still life painting and it tastes just as wonderful. Generous serving of all your choices and after finishing I felt like I had made a healthy choice. Highly recommended.

I ordered Chicken Strips and Fries, and I paid extra for an additional strip. Two of the three chicken strips were warm, moist, and delicious. The third was only slightly above room temperature. The "extra chicken strip" that I paid for came in the form of a few small, tough nuggets. They and the fries were cold.
