• DoorDash reviewEvery time we order from the store at least one item we order is wrong and something is missing. I have ordered the same sub in a tub 10 times and it's been correct 1 time. Today they used Swiss cheese, added way too much roast beef (sub didnt have roast bee), and no dressing on the salad.

• DoorDash orderWe did not receive the sandwich we ordered. It was a bacon chicken something when we ordered a Philly cheesesteak. And did not receive our chips either. The sandwich was fine and we ate it but it's not what we ordered.
It had my name on it so the wrong thing was prepared.

• DoorDash orderI usually enjoy the subs from Jersey Mike's, but my recent experience with their Philly Cheesesteak sub was underwhelming, to say the least. It seemed as though the steak was previously frozen and merely reheated in a microwave, lacking the grilled flavor and texture you'd expect from a quality cheesesteak. Additionally, the jalapeno peppers were unexpectedly sweet rather than delivering the spicy kick typical of jalapenos. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the Jersey Mike's location in Knoxville.
