Wonderful service! The store was tem out of the kind of meat I ordered and they called me to inquire a replacement. I received a great alternative option that was fantastic and they gave me a free sandwich card for next time. I will de order there again.

Instead of calling me to notify me they were out of french bread, they took it upon themselves to make my sandwhic with wheat which I cannot eat. No phone call or text.

I ordered the Giant #3 Totally Tuna sandwich and split it with a co-worker. It was amazing! I love the bread from Jimmy John's, which makes the sandwiches so much better. Keep up the good work.

my meal was 20 plus minutes late and was extremely salty. I couldn't even eat my chips with the meal and ended up only earlier less than half of the meal
