My driver went out of her way to fix a potential issue of forgetting or giving my drink to another customer. She provided a bottled drink instead, which I am sure she had to stop somewhere to pick up, rather than just not giving it to me. I was pleased with this extra attention by the driver. I always have reliable service through Jimmy John's and their delivery staff. The sandwich was good!
